Hahaha, I thought that the chick was on here, anyway, some girl in lot 10 backed into me as I was driving by, anyway, damage to my front bumper as well as front quarter pannel. What steps should I go through cuz I'm claiming for injuries and damage? Should I go straight to my lawyer or go to the doctor first about my neck? Also, how do I go abouts repairing my shit? Contacting their insurance company first or getting my lawyer to do it?
Finally, which front bumper do you like better?

Go to a lawyer first, the lawyer will more than likely recommend a doctor to you. Then you go see that doctor. I've done this before, I know

Tell your insurance company what happened and they will take care of it.....in the mean time go for some massages etc. to treat your so called "injuries"

As for getting new parts, I just want to replace the bumper cuz it's smashed along with the front quarter pannel cuz it's dented pretty bad. As for the hood, I already have a carbon fiber hood, just glad I didn't have it on!! haha, besides, there's no real damage to the hood cept those two big holes!!! hahahha
