apologies could this be moved to tires section.
How do those tire numbers work?
My truck, a Dodge Dakota has these tires:
M+S P245/70R16 SR-A
so compared to the ones your selling, are they bigger, smaller, fatter, thinner, ?
the rim is the same height I think, that is the R16 part, right?
i am interested if they'd fit my truck.
if you know anything about tirres that would be great.
My Karma ran over your Dogma
they would be .39 inch narrower, 2.22 inch taller(7% diameter differnce), and your spedo would show 93KMH instead of 100

bump for brand new 4x4 tires.
hey fox, 2.22 inches taller? that sounds significant. would that be so much taller that it would rub on my wheel wells (esp in the front when i turn sharply)
fox, in your opinion, would these work for me?

IF you want to be 100% sure if these tires will work for you, you should check out the Goodyear website, they will take the specs of your vehicle and tell you whether these tires would work or not.

They are Wrangler SilentArmor tires I have for sale.
And for more hype on these tires check out www.goodyearwrangler.ca
This is just so you have some hard evidence. You dont have to take the word of some joe blow joe shmoe. This is more believable than the mumble slander of Tom, Dick and Harry.
Anyways. Depending on your package these tires should suit your truck quite nicely.

Someone make an offer on top-of-the-line TRUCK/SUV tires.

bump for winter tires
Price update. These are brand new tires still have paint on them.
hey there,
I called my dodge dealer to ask if these tires would work for me, and they said they wouldn't.
They WILL fit on my rims, and WILL PROBABLY fit in my wheel wells, but....
they said there is a computer sensor that is attached to the speedo and the ABS system, if the wheels are a different size they will change the actual speed in comparison to what the speedo is reading, like was stated above in a post...
this will in turn confuse the computer, and it will not work, or only let your vehicle travel at like 60 km/h.
that blows, i did want to buy these tires.
does anyone know anything about this kind of stuff?
the tech at dodge said some vehicles can be adjusted via onboard computer changes, and some can't.
the only way to find if mine can is pay 100 bux for shop time for them to try it.
bum-fuckin-er
