    Question Canon Powershot S200

    Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with this camera?? I'm looking to purchase a basic dig. cam and this seems like the best one for $$....

    I think I am going to pick up one of these S200 cameras.....they are fairly affordable

    I have one too - great little camera, although overpriced. Many other cameras have better resolution and optical zoom features and can be over a hundred dollars less. I guess Canon is the best around though, thats why I went with it.

    it was pretty overprice when i got it but i was a sucker for size and its metal casting.. which kind of paid off consider my sister dropped it onto the cement floor from about 5 feet. only damage was a broken flash card door ( fixed now) and a ltitle dent in the front.. bravo!

    Where would you recommend going for a good price for the S200?
    I am also thinking of picking one up.

    They have them for sale sometimes. I picked mine up for $347 on boxing week sales. Future shop has a refurbished one right now for about the same price.
