Yeah, I think Harry Potter conjured up a spell for leaking v-band clamps...It might not be the clamp, maybe it's the connector
Is this the leak at your turbo? Are you using silicone connectors? The clamp might've put a tear in it.....
this is a v-band clamp
it connects the downpipe to the turbo..... its always leaking.

Is there anything between the two halves? Maybe some silicon sealent between the two halves and then add the clamp on would help?
I'll check on a price from my supplier tomorrow. I'm picking up my 3" vband and flanges tomorrow but I don't think they have 2.5" in stock.

Yeah, I had problems with those clamps, I went with a straight clamp and some muffler sealent, it seemed to do the trick.
