Just picked up my first rifle! Went with Tikka T3x hunter in .308 win. Added a Vortex Crossfire II for the scope. Looking forward to testing this out pretty soon!
That's a good rifle. I have t3x in 300 win mag. Never fails. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Had some fun the other day shooting 22lr out to 100m and ringing the 300m gong with my old Lee Enfield No4.
22 never stops being fun. These are my 22's:

My problem is I can't seem to find 22 ammo in stock
I love plinking with my Marlin 39a lever action .22. You can disassemble the entire action in 5 seconds with a big knurled knob on the side of it. Think it's around 60 years old now.

You must not be looking very hard. Even Canadian Tire will have thousands of rounds on the shelf. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Any interest in these beauties? Clearing some room out of the safe and was lazy so just consigned them with Switzers:

Beyond ballers plz bid them up to $50k a piece plz thx
^Sold those bought this:
Mossberg 590 with 8rd tube and ghost ring sights. Something I can beat on without feeling bad about it, unlike my other shotguns which are 70 years old.
Although my opinion of black guns is similar to Buster's opinion of black wheels, so it may be getting a paintjob sooner than later.
I do like me a nice mossberg shotgun

Used to have a 590a1 that I traded for a Marlin 45-70.
It was a great shotgun that took a beating.
Heavy though.
I have run 590A1/Ghost ring shotguns for over 20 years now. My "go to" has long been a 14" 590 with ghost rings and the speed stock. With a side saddle I can have 14 rounds on the shotgun ready to do.
Thumbs up. All you need now is a bayonet, and then no cardboard box is safe from the stabby pokies.
Love the 590A1. Wish the made a mariner version.
Got this delivered recently.

I have the 590M with the stock 10 round mag, was looking for the 20 round mag but afraid it might be too heavy. Then again, don't want to put any money into it because it's on the "maybe ban" list. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Don't let that hold you back, every gun is on the "maybe ban" list. They won't stop.
So I ordered this 6 months ago and it it came in 6 months early. Bank account is almost as pissed as the wife.
Another Browning White Gold Medallion, this time an X-bolt in 300 Win.

I love my 300 win. Simply because whatever I shoot with it doesn't run off into the woods wounded. Every deer has dropped 5 ft from where I shot it.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Lmao whoopsie. Just tell her it's a future heirloom
This one may just sit on the rack and get dusty. It's really pretty. Something for the kids to just ooooh and aaaah at. @Sentry Exactly how I worded it. Could be the only reason I'm not homeless. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I say the same thing about my .270 also. Though I've only shot deer with it <300yds, they drop within a step or 2.
I agree completely, wounded tracking is the absolute worst.
