Until they can stay in the NHL lineup for minimum 40 games in a row, zero praise.

The initial hype of being a 2nd round 60th overall pick? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
As for Valimaki, since drafted in 2017 has met 4 flames head coaches, got to play 24 games in 18-19 when everyone saw the talent, tears his acl missing 19-20, comes back into 20-21 and gets hit with the covid issue season plus another HC change gets 49 games in that displayed a mix of talent and young mistakes/lack of consistency as noted above, then this year when hopes/pressure to make a spot finally for a full season Sutter/GM bring in BigZ/Gub/Re-signs stone and then Kylington in that window with Coleman suspended comes out of nowhere with the speed/movement they needed and all that results in Valimaki being in a position that he's not in the top 6 this year. I would still bet he'll be a 2nd liner in the not so distant future (whether that is with the Flames or he'll be like Bennett being wasted and in need of a trade that hopefully benefits both teams)
Just some guy @mymzak shared some tweets about being denied with signs. Definitely a pro ukraine user so who knows....did see others tweeting out about signs being confiscated. Maybe it's all bs who knows. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I'll tune into the oilers game to see how things go there. Unlike Calgary their actively asking for a big Ukrainian turn out and will sing the Ukrainian anthem.
@colinxx235 , don't come at me with facts.

Might as well start singing the Swedish anthem at games soon lol
I don't know this player other than the radio guys wets saying we shoukd pick him up. Someone smarter than me, Where's he's going to slot on the flames? Third line?

My guess is third line C with Magiapane and ToffoliThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I'm sort of oddly fascinated by slotting. If that's your third line, you are a really strong club.

Shirts off for Kiprusoff
Flames have a deep team
Gaudreau - Lindholm - Tkachuck
Coleman - Backlund - Lewis
Mangiapane - Jarnkrok - Toffoli
Lucic - Monahan - Dube
Essentially an elite first line, top end shut down line, a very good "second" line and a strong "third" line.
I don't remember a time the flames were this deep.
Reichel, Nieuwendyk, Roberts, Fleury, Nylander, Titov is probably the closest. Yes, I'm that old.
Just rolling 4 lines too every night. Most forwards have 12-15 minutes. Let's keep everyone healthy and let's fucking goooo
That is for sure a solid lineup, no denying it. I believe the Flames sit at around 6th or 7th in league scoring. I feel the Flames and the Avs are the teams to beat out of the West this season. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Iv'e read two depth charts and one has Calle as centre, one has him at wing. Weird.

I think he's like Dube and is pretty versatile in where he plays. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
