Another vote for S2000 and Mini Cooper, even just the base model with a manual transmission.

I love my Fiesta ST and around the city its probably one of the most fun cars I've had over the years. With some bolt on and a nice tune it has a nice rush of torque and a blast in the corners. Lots of fun to be had under 80km/hr all day.
my last car before graduating. was reasonably fun.
turbos are more fun. 335 probably. my brothers 335d was hilarious in town
335d is pretty tame under highway speeds, pulls really good from 100-200 though. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
It's been a long time for sure. could be some bias in the memory banks
I'd vote for S2000 or BRZ, both are fun.
Aside from exotics or other cars that aren't very usable in the city or ride way too harsh, IMO if the car is good on the track or above 150Km/h, it's also going to be a lot of fun in the city and up to 150Km/h. Basically any German sports sedan, hot hatch, etc. fits the bill perfectly.
I still think for most people a Golf R / CTR / Veloster N are the most fun you can have day-to-day without sacrificing too much comfort or practicality and without spending huge dollars.
SW20 MR2 is pretty fun
S2000, Classic Mini. Both fun going slow. Much slower in the mini. That thing is fun under the speed limit.

Hands down most fun I've had in a car was ice racing and around town cruising in an original mini cooper. And yes I fold into it nicely.
