Thanks for the insights photography guys/gals

https://displate.com/ might be able to do it.
Posterjack extended their 35% off sale (the most they ever do) until Thursday:
https://posterjack.ca/
The biggest dimension they can do is 48" though - may want to give them a call and check if you need bigger. It will be by far your cheapest option and the same quality as anywhere else.
Bay Photo in the states can do up to 48X96" on metal if cost is no object, I have used them before.
Also keep in mind there are different kinds of metal prints - you can print on raw/bare metal which is a very dull look and probably not what most people are expecting. You can also print on metal that has been coated with a high gloss or matte white photographic coating, and that is probably what you want.
Posterjack right now is going to be substantially cheaper for something that size right now. Their 'Classic White Metal Print' would be my recommendation.

Thanks fellows. I’ve paid for $15 for samples at whitewall.ca as well with their metal method varieties. Yeah the size Im after expecting to have to spend $1,000 unfortunately
@Mitsu3000gt yeah looking into the Bayphoto services with their added acrylic layering, with the stainless steel mounting post thru the photo. Kinda itching that look.

With BayPhoto, assuming it's the same as when I used them, over a certain size they make you pay for a shipping crate and the sizes you are looking at would definitely require one. And it's all in USD. Just something to be aware of.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
For my required size. They need to charge crate fee. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I’ve thought about that. But either it’s similar in cost (they ask u for total size of pic before splitting into 2 or 3 pieces), and then I’m also wanting a panoramic landscape photo printed in one shot. Just really hoping I can get this to show y’all. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

My office just added a custom sign with our logo for the lobby by Pixx Imaging, printed on metal with I think a white background. They do acrylic as well too. Sign size is 84" wide and 21" tall; we paid $500+tax for this size.
We've printed a few metal prints for the office as well, smaller stuff like 32" wide by 20-25" tall and were able to get a volume discount of 10%.
I also had a custom print made for myself for my office at home that measured 42" wide by 28" tall, metal print with pearlescent white background and gloss finish for ~$250.
Oh and Pixx is local, I believe he operates in the south somewhere. Delivered all of our pictures and company sign for <$10 downtown.

Updating this thread, ended up with acrylic print instead of metal.
Found a printing company from Quebec. Picterom, at least no exchange rate or customs import fees

Your bed has underglow lighting?
Pricing wise, what does that look like? They have no website?

That 30” x 90” was $950 shipped. For acrylic, with eight stainless round mounting posts. Only 3/8” thick tho. https://www.pictorem.com/This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
