Yea I personally hear more people talk about not tipping than tipping. Literally the only time I hear someone brag about tipping a lot are when some guys talk about tipping a good looking waitress.

Usually comes across as sad and pathetic, not someone flexing.

I used to be pretty regular at Caesars. It's possible to have a pretty reasonably priced lunch there if you want. Never had a favourite waiter, and in fact, hated the style of service.
