Talking Bored with your F430? Hamann has the answer

Bored with your Ferrari F430? Hamann can spice it up

Ferrari owners who somehow find their F430 is not exclusive enough may now turn to California-based Wheel Power Inc. for a solution. Wheel Power, the exclusive North American distributor for German tuner Hamann Motorsport, offers a range of F430 upgrades. Customers may choose from either a Kevlar-reinforced fiberglass or carbon fiber, wind-tunnel developed body kit, while adding an adjustable coil-over suspension that lowers ride height by up to two inches. Hamann also has developed two sport exhaust systems, a brake package and two different wheel designs. Each is available separately but not cheaply. Opt for the full shebang and you will add over $60,000 to the F430’s $170,045 base price.

60k for a set of wheels and a body kit that looks like a kid glued random parts onto the car? Puh-leeze

I can't believe anyone would add a bodykit to a Ferrari. Guess it is just personal taste, but they look pretty decent as they are.

Maybe wheels, but really, the Enzo style wheels or the Challenge wheels you can get from the factory are nicer.

The F430 coupe might need exhaust, but the spider sure as hell doesn't.

the 430 coupe and spider are nearly identical, they are even within a few pounds for weight. and as for performance, the spider finsished about a quarter second behind the coupe on top gears test track.

    60 grand for...

    an ugly kit
brakes that can't even touch the factory carbon ceramic system
    an unnecessary exhaust
and a lowered suspension. Sounds like a ripoff to me...

BTW a good exhaust for a modern Ferrari will run you about 4k, not 40
