Yes, yes!!! That would be an awesome race. WRX VS Audi S4 Both all wheel drive, both turbo. Audi has more horses but is also heavier.

I don't understand.
The weather tonight was absolutely fine. The forecast said it was going to be fine (as of this morning)

The clouds were looking great once I drove all the way from Scenic Acres (NW) down to Race City only to find the gates closed. Bone dry down there.

The one night I take off all summer to go down there... and it's closed.

Yeah, I guess I never really thought of that...
It was just so disappointing. Friday nights are so difficult for me to take off work.

The rest of the week looks pretty good so far according to the weather network, so keep your fingers crossed
I'm going to try to hit the 1/4 mile for the first time (ever) in the 626 GT.

I've read though msut of the Calgary drag race association website and rules and such - is there anything else I should keep in mind besides listening to what the staff has to say, making sure the car is completely empty, and having my helmet on?
