Default calgarys 35th traffic fatality - young prelude driver

unfortunate...people gotta know when to slow down....

On 2005 September 27 at 2305 hours a 19 year old male was operating his 2001 Honda Prelude; northbound on 37 St S.W. at a high rate of speed. As he rounded the curve onto eastbound Anderson Road S.W. he lost control of his vehicle, which rotated counterclockwise into the center grass median. The right rear side of the vehicle struck a light standard and caught fire. Witnesses removed the victim from the vehicle and conducted CPR. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. At the time of the collision the road was bare and dry and alcohol is not believed to be a contributing factor. This is Calgarys 35th traffic fatality of 2005.

That's such a waste of a young life (and a nice car). He must've been ripping around that corner at a stupid speed. I've driven that road many times - he must've been going at least 180 when he spun out...

Holly crap I drive that road a lot. I've taken that corner quickly a few times, it's a long right hand sweeper and if the road was dry he must have been moving very very fast!!

    RIP.

People with summer tires need to take notice, when the temperature drops, so does traction with z rated rubber. My kumhos spin at will right now, when I can barely make them chirp during spring/summer. I have taken that bend at stupid speeds before too, but would never think of doing it with the weather like this week.

    boourns in a big way

when cut open, the rambutan unfortunately fails miserably to deviate from its outwardly testicular appearance, revealing an inside that looks for all the world exactly how you'd expect the contents of a scrotum to look.

    Condolences..
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

RIP Fraser Thomas Noseworthy, me and him both moved here in grade 10 and were in the IB program at Henry Wisewood. To the person who called him a stupid punk everyone makes mistakes but its no reason to lose your life. im sure youve gone the same speed he was going, shit can happen. My condolonces go out to other friends and all his family. you will be missed.
