As the title states, just saw it in the paper today and thought i'd let everyone know lol...its the final ones 1500 chainwide. Also, its the hp-branded one of something, but if im correct its exactly the same? just says hp logo as well on back? correct me if im wrong. Anwayz its $199 brand new w/ warrenty! So it's like saving $120 (which you could spend on Socom 3 like i did )

got two myself, man am I glad I called them today, anyone know how hp's warranty works is it the same as apples? do they do battery replacement, Iam on hold with hp as I type this but its taking forever plus I would like to get the opinion of someone with first hand experience.

Yea seems like it! Future shop is kinda attached to the mall. This should be great, bestbuy and fs in the same lot. Its the same company so any big ticket items just walk between the stores and get a price match guarantee.

why do you say that? are you saying the hp's are gonna need it while the apples wont? or are you saying ipod minis in general need the warranty?

yea it seems great but I dunno I just dont really on futureshop to do it anymore, they're sales men are useless shits, or maybes its because I look young and they dont think I am gonna buy. But when I was talking to a sales rep at fs, I told him they are selling the 6 gigs for $230 at bestbuy (this was last week) and he said "oh really, go over there and get it then" and I could of started a stink but I thought to my self I dont want this guy getting comission off me.

edit: I feel I need to rephrase this before I get flamed by some good fs employees on this site. The people who work in the mp3 section at the northland location piss me off, seems like most people at the coventry hills location are pretty helpful, and I am sure there are alot of hard working honest employees at other locations around town too.
