What happened to the forum jump scroller thing?

i was just curious.. it's been some time now.. but what ever happened to the forum jump tab thing.. that let you jump quickly between forums.
at first i thought it was just my home computer.. but every computer i'm on is missing it.. so it must be the site.. unless i'm the only one.

just curious if it was going to be put back up..
