    Welcome.

Cops like to bust up the meets/ races over in the foothills. Even if no one is racing, they will still hassle everyone. I find the best place to cruise in Calgary is good old 17th ave. In the summer, hot girls, cars, music, nice patios.... and all sorts of good stuff.

I dont blame them... I never raced there, as its an accident waiting to happen. I do enjoy wathing though.... It can be pretty entertaining. Just stand back 300 feet.

yea usually the BIG cruises are once in a while, to banff, waterton, etc. Last year's cruise to Banff through Hwy 1A was one of the best driving experience I had !! (the other would be track day hehe)

For sure..... I would never race there...... Its fun though seeing all the sweet rides, and watching the people scatter as the cops come to bust them. Its not cool waiting for 2 hours while the cops block off every exit and check everyones registraion, insurance and everything else, and hand out tickets for every possible offence. It defenitaly deterred me from going for the last part of the summer.
