Edmonton Sucks ... It Stole My Saturn

Well first off .... EDMONTON SUCKS ... it's an ugly city, with nothing going for it other then the damn Mall ... (which was apparently last decorated when napoleon was on the throne)

I was just on my way out of the godforsaken city (About to turn onto Calgary Trail ) When some old lady decides to run a red light ... and left me with an air bag in the face. (fortunatly i was found not at fault )

Fortunatly everyone is ok ... i'm just letting off some steam ... but what really counts is no serious injuries ... thank god

Ouch! That sucks. Seems everyone on this board is getting into accidents lately. I guess I'm lucky mine was just a little fender bender. I was looking at the Saturn SL2's a few weeks ago, nice cars.

Thanks, Yeah i kinda went off on my post ... i was just letting off steam ... but at least everyone was ok ... i'm glad that everything turned out ok .... i was thinking if i was 3 or 4 feet further this could have been a fatal collision ... cars can be replaced ... friends can't

Edmonton isn't THAT bad of a city and I find it is so much easier to find places in Edmonton. Most of their roads are also in better condition than Calgary. The only thing I hate about them is that their cops use old ass technology for their photo radar (K band) so its harder to detect them amongst all the automatic door openers and stuff that uses the same band.

Edmonton is a great city...

soory to hear about what happened. Kinda strange that so many of us our getting ionto accidents lately, the most important thing is that nop one has been hurt. I was on my way back to Calgary when your accident happened, traffic was backed up sofar and we were stuck in it, i seen your car when we drove by, but i don't no you so i didnt no it was peps from cal, other wise i would have stopped to see if needed a ride......glad you guys are ok, good luck with the insurance company....

You obviously just took the main roads... try driving inside the city streets. When I borrowed the AMG up to Edmonton with my wife, she told me to slow down because it was so bumpy. I was going 30km/h. I ended up taking the long way to go anywhere to avoid the bumps!
