I spent Reading Week in Mexico. I got back late Saturday night an checked my voice mail messages. I got one message where the person did not identify themselves and I'm very curious to know who it might be. According to the time stamp, it was left at 11pm, when I would still be on the plane.

Because I was in Mexico at the time, I turned my phone off when I left, thus caller ID wasn't on.

I really want to know who this person is, because otherwise it is going to bother me for a very long time.

Any hints on what I might be able to do?

If you got a time stamp, did you push #5 option on the voicemail to get it? Because usually #5 tells you the person who called as well as the time unless the person blocked their number. That's about the only thing I can think of...
Aside from that, I can't think of anyway to find that number since your phone was off and you'd have no record of it as an incoming call since the call never connected (directly to you that is).

I don't think that'd do anything more than have the cops laugh at you for calling that in to 'report' a number you want traced because your phone was off.

cell phone statements dont show the #'s for incoming calls they just say "incoming call"

thats funny same thing happened to me except it was at 4 in the morning and i got a girl moaning and breathing heavy, i was like "hello!, hello!" then i just got a 'click' it was weird, but man i'd shure like to know who that girl was...
