Engine problems please help

My honda delsol w d16y8 today started making a ticking noise, its makes the noise when i accelerate past 2500 rpm, my oil was a little low when i checked after i heard the noise so i put a couple bottle's in and let it run for 5 min's. the idle was better but the Clicking was there still. now when im driving when i put it into neutral the car stalls and shuts off..........

Oil was a little low....be specific. Half way, at the low mark or not on dipstick at all? Are you sure its a ticking noise, or not a knocking noise...
