Rogers Cellphone network down??
was trying to call someone with my cell and it said network busy so i called my own cell at home to see if its for everyone and it also says the same thing
(we're sorry the number cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try your call again)...wtf
anybody else experiencing this??
