need webcam help

hey every once i just bought a new webcam yesterday i instald the software for it but its not workn this thing keeps popn up heres a pic of it

and its telln me i need a logo signiture or somting like that and wen i go to my decice manager thers a icon with my cam name on it with a yellow circle around it can somone help me out here

when that box comes up hit the continue anyway button

it is telling you that the drivers you are installing are not supported by microsoft.

i did click on continue but nutten happens it shuts down the program
