What are my chances of finding a job in either field that pays more $12-$15/hour and trains? I have some construction experience but not as a job.

you'll be lucky to make 8-10 dollars an hour. unless you get in with a big company like prestige. small comapnies can barely afford to keep people, and with the labour so demanding, its hard to find good people. check back in june-july. ill most likely be hiring 2-3 people. starting at $9/hr. which is pretty good considering im a slack boss. at teh end of each month i will be giving monthly bonuses.
until june-july i have to set-up a good cliental. then whoever i hire can take over.
