Hey hey i got 2 rooms for rent

its a 3 bedroom place, master and a medium sized room available. I'm looking for someone to rent for the summer (now till sept.). May also be available after that if yur a good roomie

Rent is $375 for the big one, $325 for the medium, and will include utils and phone line. I have some dishes pots pans etc. but its not furnished yet.

im a pretty clean/quiet guy and am looking for simmilar people, male or female.

the place is in "regent gardens" a condo complex at the intersection of 45h street and richmond road. To be honest the places are not very great looking OUTSIDE, but seeing as mine was renovated a year or two ago, its great INSIDE...
