Sometimes, those are factory options that are left out of your car because it wasn't upgraded enough ( i have like only 1 of those on mine, and its from the previous carphone which was removed) Rx-7 guys should be able to clear this up.

Yup Well I mean at some point if you are going to maintain the vehicle yourself you'll need to know what they are and what they do, but other than that just leave them alone.
