Hey guys, I thought I'd let anyone who doesn't know already about Car Proof. It is just like Car Fax but it is Canadian based instead of American. Car fax is OK but so far it has saved us twice. My dad was looking at a 2002 BMW 540i M Sport that carfax said was 100% clean and Car Proof showed $13,000 of accident repair on it. Same thing happened on another car for a lesser amount when car fax said it was 100% OK. The only downside is its $30 PER USE, not for a membership like carfax but thats a small price to pay if your serious about a purchase.

I'll throw in my thumbs up for this site as well. Got almost all of my newly purchased car's history in Canada, whereas Carfax got nothing.
