I just got a 1992 PRELUDE with a swap VTECH engine with a few problems I need to fix to make it perfect, the car also got a FIELD VTECH controller already hooked up to it but I have no idea the controller working right or not, I can turn the controller off completely. The controller look like this

Here are my car's problems:
1. the car idle very rough when it cold in the morning until it reachs normal operating temperature.
2. when the car reachs normal operating temperature then the idle bounce down to about 300 rpm then back up to 800 rpm everytime I lifted my foot off the gas pedal, feel like the car stall up again.
3. my friend sold me a set of 18 inches wheel and tires (was on a CIVIC SiR) the wheels have dual drill holes so fitment was no problem but after I put them onto the car and during the test drive my car shakes like crazy when I reach to 60KMH, my friend also gave me 3 black plastic ring which he said suppose to be between the wheel and the rotor on the CIVIC, these rings are too small to fit onto my PRELUDE rotor so I never installed them. what are those rings and are they really important to a bigger wheels and tires? where can I get them to fit those 18 wheels onto my PRELUDE?
Anyone can recomment a bodyshop to put on my new COMBAT kit the rear bumper already fitted on the car, so I only need the front bumper and 2 side skirts to be fitted then the whole kit will be painted.
Anybody know if a set of KONI yellow struts from a 1997-2001 HONDA PRELUDE can fit in my 1992 PRELUDE? I am about to make an offer for the set in the forum market place.
Anyone can recomment a HEADER for my 1992 PRELUDE? the car has no catalyst converter at the moment and RACTIVE TWIN LOOP exshaut already on it.
Any helps will be greatly apperciated.
