Shaw Cable Internet and Live Feeds

Hey all!

Just wondering if anyone does any live audio feeds over shaw cable. If so, does it count towards your monthly upload limit?

For example if I give someone access to what I'm playing through my "line in" over the web, am I technically uploading to them?
