Is this on your SAAB? I dont know how those cars handle boost but on my Silvia with the t25 its pretty much useless above 13psi. I mean it can hold that boost just not all the way to redline. 15psi is pretty high for that turbo, it can do it its just for how long though...

The max from a t25 is dependent on the trim and bearings. There are BB T25 turbos for whatever reason that can product decent boost of 14-16 psi safely. On most stock turbos though man 13psi i think your doing good.

GT28RS is a good turbo until you blow the seals lol. I now personally avoid anything that says "Ball bearing" like the bloody plague. If and when you blow a seal man the feeling of pain is something that will hit you like a semi truck. nothing like dumping 1200 bucks down the drain. You can get decent non ballbearing T28 turbos which put out the same numbers just spool 300 rpm slower, not to mention costing less.

You could get a T28 off of a GTi-R. Damn near the same spoolup as a T25 but more airflow and capable of around 18psi.
