Real
IS 500
420HP? Wow..so much for Japan's attempt to avoid a HP war. I think Lexus finally caved and is trying to compete with Mercs and BMW power lol.
*edit: nvm it says it's supposed to take on the M3 a Merc AMG in the link...lol.
real, it's been running around arizona and cali, been spotted at cali a few times already

you bought yours too soon Jr. hahaha...
...@therealarifjina...
Beauty, I would love that car...
Autosignature
Gonna have to add this to the list of future vehicles
Spec wise I think its right from what has been said on the IS boards.
Those pics in the first post though are suppose to be chops!
Id rather see a coupe version of the IS come out first though
I would also like to see a coupe version of the IS. I think their intention is to make a sporty vehicle within their lineup. A sedan will always be somewhat limited in that department as it has 2 extra doors!Originally posted by spyce

I love the IS350 as it is; can't wait to see what they come up with next!!

About time! They already own MB and BMW in terms of short-term & long-term reliability and build quality. NEXT UP... HP and track times.Originally posted by liquidboi69

Sweet! This is the best looking new Lexus yet.
I thought the real IS500 is suppose to be a coupe version of the 250....so there fore 2 doors?
lovin the look of the new IS series
The silver pictures are chopped. The only "real" pics are black at present. Direct from someone I know at Toyota, the HP figures are about right. But it won't be called an IS500 apparently.
