just wondering, seeing the version this site is running is a little old (2.9) why the staff doesnt upgrade to 3.6. there are so many new features that would make things so much nicer

The biggest reason is that we'd have to rewrite a lot of customizations for v3. The second biggest reason is that testing shows we have to double up on our servers going to v3, with the size of our database.
