    i don't know if anyone on this board buys watches but i thought i'd put this up . . . i just saved myself $700 on a watch at Calgary Jewellers, it's in stock and not a clearance watch, they had to order it in and ship it in for me . . . anyone who needs a watch, should definitely check them out on 17th ave . . . well worth it i tell ya

    i bought a movado . . . they carry all sorts of other lines, rado, baume mercier, tag, and whatever

    How'd you save 700 on it? I just bought a new watch about a month and a half ago...Im happy with it...but saving 700 on like, 2000 dolla Rado watch's and shit...Hmmm
    Do they carry gucci?

    Yah how did you save $700?! I'm happy with my Esquire right now but I wanted a Movado for a long time!

    What price ranges do they have for watches there if you know?

    well depdns on your watch . . . i just went in, told them i herad they got good prices on watches and told them which model i wanted . . .

    they went to the back, wrote down a number and i was like sweet hahahahaha

    i want that kirium F1 too . . . but i'll get that later!!

    well, i'll remember that...Im happy with my watch right now as well...
    Ajay, im guessing easily all over 1200. If he saved 700, the watch itself would have to be pricey, over 1500 prolly.

    Yah that's what I figured....figured a Movado is gonna cost at least $1200-1500 anyway.

    Ah well...I like my watch...it tells me the time

    This is definitely a good place to buy a watch and they offer the best prices in town, IMO.

    They do carry Gucci, but unfortunately they can't discount much off the prices because Gucci doesn't want the vendors selling too low. That's what they told me 3 years ago so it might be different now.

    However, you can get a bigger percentage off other brands like Omega, Concord, etc.

    yea that's what they told me too . . . definitely check them out for whatever you're lookin for too though haah

    if you're set on a awtch, they'll save you so much you'll buy it instantly

    Mmmm...Omega's are Nice...Very pimp.
    Right now, if i really wanted to buy another watch, I'd go for Gucci, Rado, or Omega...pretty much those...
    I'll definitly check them out next time im buying a watch...

    I want that exact same watch!! Didn't know anybody else knew about it though. They sell that for half of retail on ebay for about $400 CAD I think. Otherwise it's $995 at Birks.

    I'm getting Dad a watch for Xmas, and want to spend aboot $500.
