So the presentation went great, Art Director looks forward to see what we can come up with for the commercial.

I was wondering when you (rage2) and girlRACER are not busy sometime during this week or next week. Cause the project is due 2 weeks from today.

I have some storyboard roughly drawn, I can show it to you tomorrow. It's a rough idea of what I kind of want but we can always manipulate it and make it even better.

Lets hope you're both still up to this. Oh yea, if the dude with the white SLK wants in too, it'd be nice. Than we can have all 3 SLK's in it or whatever.

What I especially like if all 3 were in the commercial is that the very end scene, all 3 SLK's come to a stop on an angle of each other so you can see all 3 fronts of the SLK's.. then the screen fades to black.. then it says need more?.. and it fades to the Mercedes emblem..

We need to find some remote places to do this filming at. I was wondering if any of you have the equipment to film? All I have I think is a regular camcorder but I was thinking if any of you had a digital cam it would super great.

The location I have specified in my brief was a quiet neighbourhood, where the slk's just cruise... then it fades in and fades out to somewhat more aggressive looking environment wher the slk's can rip shit up!

Anyone is welcome to come watch, hell, it'd be like a beyond meet haha than we can all go for icecream! yum lol

I think an amazing road where there isn't much traffic is 90th ave SW by Glenmore resevoir, long slightly curved road where we used to have street races.

There's probably roads with better views though, one place with a great view is on top of the hill by Sait that faces the city, your commercial though, I'm sure you'll find something amazing.

Hmm that doesn't sound too bad. Do any of you guys have cameras though? Unfortunately, for me to get one you have to rent it from the school and well its all booked lol. Damn it.

I can film using my PC9 onto a tape, but you'll have to find your own camcorder to do the video dump to premier as well as editing...

Eh sure, as long as there's no bumpiness in the filming I'd appreciate however you can help! You have any ideas as to what "stunts" you'll be doing? haha we still need some locations to do the filming at.

I don't know Calgary too well so yeah you guys can choose I guess.

It's really faint the script. I'll explain it to you in detail the best I can.

The main scene shows the quiet luxurious side of the SLK's, roaming seamlessly through the neighbourhood.

In the second scene the SLK's rip up the streets, doing your stunts, whatever, works. I just want it to look nice.

How about music? Any music choice? How about any voiceovers? Need to know what kind of mood...

Speed, excitement, we're promoting the SLK's as something that you can rip the streets up with. Control. Balance.

Music? Try the commercials on the mercedes site, that'll give you a feel. I can't really explain, not good at explaining things haha.

You gotta explain, from the sounds of it you want a commercial that starts off slow, and then BAM BIATCH!!!! EXCITEMENT!
So I think you need something where the music starts off kind of soft and then grows intense! INTENSE!!!
