    my favorite setup would be:

    H&R Race Springs
    Koni Yellows

But the KYB AGX are really good too!! TEIN S-Techs are good too but they are too soft for my liking. Also depends on what kind of ride you are looking for.

    Tanabe sustec pro so coilovers
    progress rear sway bar
generic strut bars front and rear
    poly bushings

What I run on a daily driven accord with 18" wheels. Firm enough to carve corners, without killing my spine.

I'm runnin' Tien SuperStreet Coilovers, and have ordered front/rear suspension techniques sway bars, and a comptech front upper strut tower bar.

I am currently running Tein Basic coils all the way down in the fronts and an inch or so from slammed in the back (its pretty damn stiff). Also have crappy, front upper strut bar with a massive bend in it, doesnt do shit all. Looking to add larger CTR sway and then call it a day. However, if I had to do my suspension over again I would go with Koni Yellow and Ground Control coils.... mostly cause I wish I could go lower, ha.

If you wanna throw the rest in I also have a ractive strut bar (may be replaced by a spoon one) and a stock front sway bar

EDIT: Fixed... was talking to a buddy about sway bars, and got confused =\

Don't forget some ideas for the frugal minded (ie. me )

I am happy with my Eibach Prokit, because they let you keep your factory struts while stiffening your handling and improving the looks a bit.

I had Tokico Blues and H&R springs on my old car and it handled great... front was a bit bouncy on rough roads though.

for your car i would definately recommend Tein Super Streets I have a couple customers with the same car and were very happy with ride quality and how low they can go......

my ideal setup for an EG would be:

    Tein Flex w/stiffer spring rates
    Energy Suspension Bushing Kit
    Suspension Techniques Sway Bars
    Skunk2 Rear lower Tie Bar
    Skunk2 Rear Lower Control Arms
    Full-Race Traction Bars
    EM Racing Rear Bars
    Carbing Tri Point Strut Bar

it would be big money for suspension but very well worth it....car would be set up for DRAG or TRACK.......those em racing bars are pimp

Does the answer still stand for an EF as I don't have an EG and they are quite different.

I was told by a EK owner that tein SS gave a very hard and harsh ride. I am looking for "I can do around town with my wife and baby girl comfortable" Car will be drag raced on occasion, no autocross or any other type of racing. I am actually fine with the way it handles stock right now I just want it to be lower without loosing too much comfort. I am not looking to cheap out on this and aftermarket springs on stock shocks will make the ride bouncy because they are not matched. Thats why i'm looking at springs and shocks.

yeah same thing....on my 88 crx i had H&R Race Springs, koni yellows, energy suspension bushings, skunk2 front & rear strut bar.....this was like 6 years ago so i didn't know about the TEIN's back then.......

and as for somebody telling you that the TEIN SS is a very hard and harsh ride is smoking some good crack........installing the TEIN SS alone will give it a nice ride......alittle stiffer than stock but not over bearing like other coilovers i've tried.......the TEIN SS only has a spring rate of 8kg/mm Front & 4 kg/mm Rear which is still pretty soft....
