its either my donair of donair place (the one in the same parking lot as the shawnasee CT/zeller) mmm so good they got the meat right there and they cut it off in front of you and its tasty. and the biggest size use to fill me right up after a good hard day of school and football practice.

yeah i havent had a donair for ever i think next time im in town im gonna grab one.

Hahaha...now if only he changes his signature to being food related too.

I have yet to find one in Calgary that tops the one I've tried in Edmonton, where they had this HUGE donair that even after 3 bites, the pita didn't even show signs of being eaten. Yeah, it's kinda hard to explain. That store though, was located in NW Edmonton just off 137th Ave and around 127th St.

As for best in Calgary that I've tried, the one beside Golden Bell Restaurant (viet food) across the street from Chinook gets my vote. Sorry, can't remember the name off the top of my head; maybe someone else can chime in? Not as good as the one in Edmonton, but is where I would go if I was to crave donairs.

I wouldn't go to a place that DOESN'T cut it in front of you.

The best by far is at Uncle Moe's Donair at TransCanada mall or Edmonton Trail.

And if your really hungry, ask for their special "Everything But The Kitchen Sink".

The best donair i have ever had is in Edmonton from this place called Roadrunner Pizza off of 66st and 132ave.

But for Calgary i think the best place is in the little strip mall across from the Zellers/IGA on 17th ave S.E. Can't remeber the name but its just south of the Marks Work Warehouse.
