That was the first Police Story... YesAsia released a trilogy (excluding the New Police Story where he blubbered like a little bitch....)

as for Shaolin Kids? Youtube has the whole thing split into 11 parts. The first Jet Li movie I saw and the scene where his staff becomes that 3 sticked nunchcuk was what i thought of in Fearless

anyone recognize this martial arts movie?

A guy is seeking for a clan that killed his wife and along him joins a former clan member to kill them all (dressed all in black and as weapon a staff that is breakable in 3 pieces)
the guys weapon is 2 blades attachable to his bracers, but he keeps them hidden on his shoes sole.
In the end they end up fighting as turns out that the guy in black was the one that killed the guys wife.
