Anyone purchased from these guys before, are they good?

What have your experiences been like?

I have been in my Heartland Home since 2003 and was happy with dealing with them the entire time.

That being said. Everyones experience with EVERY homebuilding in this city is different and it really depends on who the contractors are that build your house. So to ask someone for their opinion on a homebuilder depends less on the actual builder and more on the contractors hired at the time their house was built.

I have owned a hearland home, nothing bad to say about it, nothing bad to say about the contracters they use. Overall I would say it was a very good, painless experience.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I'm looking into one of their single family homes this weekend, hopefully all goes well.

BTW did any of you meet with the contractors to make sure they were doing a good job?
