off the top of my head..
13, 000 on the car when i bought it used
1, 000 just on maintaining it (at least)
and maybe about another 12, 000 on everything else
probably got about 11 000 into it including new engine rerbuilt by me and tranny plus other misc stuff.... and i haven't even started body work
i hate it wen ppl brag up thier cars, and tell me shit that i can plainly see that they haven't done. and expect me to believe it, hopeing that i am as ignorant and full of bs as them, well I'M NOT
the biggest hert for me was the wheels and tires. 18's for rolling on in the summer and 17's with hoosier's for track days. Thats 5+ g's just in wheels and tire's. Then comes all the other stuff.
Too much

Yah $10 000 isn't very much when it comes to modding a car.....if we are talking mods alone I've spent close to $40K in the 3 previous vehicles I've owned......And that is why I am not modding my current car, I am at peace with driving a stock car!!!
Anyway, its not a total waste of money! At least you are enjoying it!!! Right boys?!?!? haha

hmmm ive spent about 3 grand.
Maybe because your stock car is s2000 not a civicI am not modding my current car, I am at peace with driving a stock car!!!
Because I've learnt that by the time you are done with one car, you could have something much better in stock form!!!! I'm just gonna save up all my money and move up the ladder since high hp cars are the norm now!!! hahaOriginally posted by 88CRX

Ya... I totally understand. I'm at the point where I'm having troble deciding on whether to do the body work (3-4g's) or start saving for something new
about 4700 so far. I know I will get some rims and replace the up and downpipe so that will be around 6500 when im done.
