union square? arriva?
London doesn't seem too bad. I was apprehensive about them at first, but after seeing their long-term plan I was impressed.
We had bought into Union Square originally, but when it was cancelled we never bothered to repurchase. Those are gorgeous units though, very high quality finishing.

The bella casa project is a load of crap. They aren't going through with it, and they are definately not going through with it for 99,900.

man 99,900 thats a joke.
I'm also interested in something like this. I assume pre-purchase means buying before they are built?
I'm sure the price will sky rocket before construction even begins, once they get an accurate grip on the ACTUAL cost. $99,900 is too good to be true.
yes, that means you look at the show suite and you decide on what you want...you put a deposit down before they even start building...buliders do that, so they have an more accurate number on how many people on the market are actually interested in the building...if in the end they dont get enough people buying it, they might cancel the who project and refund your money backOriginally posted by alpha

whats the advantages to buying this way?
prices are usually a little cheaper than what it is suppose to be...once they start building (or you can say during different phases) the prices rise...they maket he price lower to attract more people and show that they appreciate you buying it before hand
i pre purcheased my condo and im glad that i did it that way, i put down the minimum but it allowed me more time to save money and when the move in time came i had another whole wack of money saved to put towards it and my mortgage was less therefore my payments were less... one thing to consider is the labour shortage in calgary makes for a LONG wait.. i had my move in date pushed back several times but it just gave me more time to save...( i was lucky to still mooch of the parents) but just be aware of that...oher than that, it was nice having the opportunity to pick and choose all the stuff that went into my condo (colour/carpet/granite colour/cupboards/flooring) just gave it the personal touch i wanted...
I MAKE BALLER CARS MORE BALLER.....
is vetro still in pre sale?
how is the quality of the builders?
isnt vetro sold out?
there are still units left in vetro as of about a month ago iirc.
I wandered into their sales centre at the bottom of sasso, there are going to be some NICE options for these suites.
DOES ANYONE NEED A GO-JUICE?
The advantage is you can lock in your unit price right now for 1-2 years down the road. This allows you to still live at home and save up money while your property is being built, and hopefully rising in value with the rest of the market.Originally posted by alpha

it only happens sometimes...some builders will say they reserve the right to increase the price of the units
