Good routes to run in Calgary?

I'm looking for some different places to run in Calgary other than my usual fish creek and glenmore resorvoir routes.
Preferrably plowed and marked for distance around 10km
Where are your favorites?

Along the Bow is where I love to cycle, couldn't see it being too much different for running. I believe they have separate cyclist and runner trails at some spots, mainly around downtown however.

Go to downtown YMCA, they've got all the routes and respective distances all mapped out.
