Plain water leak

Hi. I found out that there are occasional leaks from my car. It looks and smells like plain water, and it is coming out from the place between the driver (and passenger) seat and the engine, or below the windscreen.

I looked into some books, and it says that it should be the condensation from the air-con, which is normal. Is it really so?

Yup definatley AC condensation.
