Default White 2002 Jetta 1.8T w/ Black Leather

Guys... I have made my decision... thanks for everyone's support these past few weeks... I am going to purchase a White 2002 Jetta 1.8T this week NOT a Subaru WRX...!

Wish me luck... I think I made the right choice! =)

just a quick question... how big of a difference btwn the 5 speed manual and the 5 spd tiptronic? I drove the tiptronic one for the stampede week and that was quite fun..

Well... you would be missing a third pedal (LOL) ... and well... the manual in ANY car makes you feel as if you are actually commanding and controlling the car vs. just plain ole` driving it. Also, one of the more common problems with the auto trannys in the newer dubs is something called "auto tranny whine". Usually around 34-42 mph, you hear a high-pitched whine. Some people have had their transmission replaced, only to have the whine come back. 5-speed manual ALL THE WAY!!! LOL

actually i was referring more towards performance wise such as 0-60 etc with the tiptronic and 5 spd.

Nice VeeDubs rule Before I bought the Accord I was looking for either a Maxima, Accord or a Jetta. Not too many of either of these cars for sale, especially in the trim I wanted.
    Good Luck!
