Data Recovery, where to take computer?

I did a bad exit on windows, which corrupted it...

I've taken my hard drive out of my laptop and put it into an enclosure to try and access files from my other computer but it won't let me explore the disk.

I'm just hoping to recover critical files, where could I take my hard drive for recovery? Theres lots of places listed, but I'm looking for a reasonably priced place that can do it asap. Thanks!
