Default German auto owner please reply

For all you German automobile owners out there, what kind of decks are you running. Are blaupunkts any good? With all the flash that is out there right now I want to get clean deck that will go well with the simple interior of a german auto, any suggestions?

There are SOME Blaupunkts that are good. The San Francisco model is one of their better ones (if I remember my models correctly). Anyways, I'd suggest an Alpine deck if you want really clear clean sound. Great decks

Blaupunkt does make some high end decks, and some of them sound great. You just need to spend the extra cash, but they aren't your only option

    alpine or clarion

the dxz835mp clarion is a top notch deck, and its got 728 selectable display colors, which sounds like a toy... unless you want your deck to the same color as your dash and instrumentation.

the deck can match anything from pontiac orange/red, to ford green, to the ricey indiglo blue that everyones using now.

For a clean, stock look with fantastic sound, I would highly recommend Nakamichi. They have a number of decks, including in-dash CD changers. They do not look out of place in most german cars, and have the added bonus of a rotary dial in most cases.

I have a Pioneer LCD Touchscreen deck -- love it -- any color I want it to be -- depending on the DVD that's playing at the time! lol
