Great game tonight

The Flames controlled game 5, but came out on the losing end. We controlled tonights game and came out on top. We have some good momentum. The players shouldn't be too high and they can let it all on the line in game 7. Someone else mentioned too, but Kipper is getting better at interviews. I love hearing him talk and Phaneuf is classic as well. Like I said........ like I said..... That is all he says. LOL!

Huselius was playing physical tonight and it was by far his best effort of the playoffs. Like someone else said, I want to see him dangle too, even if he doesn't score, but just to take away some confidence from the players he burns. I wish Tanguay would shoot the damn puck. He is a talented goal scorer, but he is always looking for the pass.

All four lines were very effective tonight. Huselius was a little feisty in this game and Tanguay used his body to cause that turnover which led to Langkow's goal. Lombardi still hasn't gotten a point, but he's due for a breakout, he's been one of the more consistent players for the Flames defensively. The kids Nystrom and Moss had a lot of energy. Arguably their most complete game all series. Time for some of that GAME 7 MAGIC!!

Just got home from the game and wow it was amazing! My throat is so sore from cheering but it's well worth it. The crowd was so loud and I loved all "Campbell Sucks" chanting in the Sport Chek zone.

Huselius played an awesome game. Dunno what lit a fire under his ass but it sure worked! Kipper was outstanding as well!

the sweet thing was we never got kicked out
they let us wait at the top of the stairs till they let people in
so we got front row seats in the sportcheck zone all 6 seats together right on the blue line

wow I knew Flames would come out to play but didnt expect the sharks to get a goose egg. I might actually feel hopefully now going into Game 7, after all this series has been all about momentum, the near come back in game 5 set the tone and flame has the confidence. I hope the shut out will give Shark something to keep thinking about for another 1-2 periods.

All we need is the Flames to get a bounce and score first, then game 7 will come down to the wire.

I like our chances that if we are fortunate to pass the sharks, who would we be afraid of? no body. Bring on detroit and their old goaltending, then Col/Dal.

Interestingly prior to Game 6, I believe I read somewhere in the paper that they quoted Iggy saying "...we are confident...."

and this morning you hear Joe thorton in the paper saying ".... so hopefully it will count for us," Sharks center Joe Thornton said."

Confident vs hopefully

I think that sums up who is more desperate, focus and with the 2-0 win in Game 6, you will see Flames come out flying, lets hope they can keep the momentum generated to last the full 60 mins.

Haha on the sharks boards they're talking about how Sutter jacked the temperature in the Dome so the ice would be shitty 'which is definately an advantage for the Flames, not the Sharks.'

Shit I need to start a tinfoil hat buisness out of SJ.

The Dome ice has been shitty since the middle of last year. We have the worst ice in the league. Sutter doesn't need to jack up the temp haha.

I've already been calling plays here "the saddledome bounce" for the whole season already.
