A Ferrari is a high maintenance chick, you spend money regardless of what you do with her. You can baby the C63, or slap on all seasons, and you won't be spending anything but yearly maintenance. Of course that's like dating a stripper and refusing to fuck her, which would make you gay.

I'm free Sat and Sunday afternoon, good weekend to get some jamming done as I have the house to myself haha.

Is anyone aware of a store that carries Jose Ramirez classical guitars? L&M carries Manuel Rodriguez but none of the higher end stuff
Ultracrepidarian
would anyone be interested with this bass?
edit: based on this site (http://home.provide.net/~cfh/fender.html#serial) i guess my bass was made in '75

I know there is a lot of love for rock and metal here but if anyone wanted to try something different, here is an awesome site for classical stuff.

I love playing classical. I taught myself Pavane a couple years ago, excellent for building up your finger picking.Originally posted by msommers

The X5 i bought earlier this year really is FULLY LOADED though not a single option missing including infrared night driving
Take LOTS of pics and put it on ebay along with all the serial numbers you find on it. You'll get a mint for it if its all original '75. By Mint, I mean several thousand.Originally posted by ajooo

Vintage Fenders have quite a following, and people pay a mint for older basses & guitars such as this. Or you can PM me the info and I'll post it on a bass guitar forum I'm on.

sig deleted by moderator, because they are useless
Also...
went in for strings at L&M, this amp was 50% off, customer return with a minor crack in the top (plays fine, 1 year warranty just in case)
now I sound like andy from proguitarshop minus the skill

Decided on a Ramirez 130 Amos cedar top. Should be here next week!

more pics and info to come tomorrow, I have been hunting this specific amp down for over two years and I FINALLY bought it from my favorite musician (Matt Good). Right now it is sitting in my buddy's place in vancouver, waiting for me to grab it next weekend.
more details when I get more pics tomorrow ;-)

so I bought Matt Good's old amp
here it is, one of the two tone masters used to record many of Matt Good's Albums, and toured with extensively, I can't wait to get it back here to try it out
it is a fender custom shop tone master, designed by bruce zinky, used by the likes of dave grohl, matt good, jimmy page, etc.
