Wii Problem

Hey all i just got a quick question i got my Wii in june but didnt open it till july (cuz of school) and well now its scratching games and freezing constantly now my question is should i take it back to the store i purchased it at or contact nintendo


has anyone had this issue

If the store has a return policy that extends that far, take it back. Otherwise, contact Nintendo as they do offer a warranty.
