Real Property Report (RPR)

Was wondering how long does it take to obtain a RPR from your lawyer for a new home?

Mine's almost a year now and I haven't received one yet.

its supposed to take around a month, but we've rarely received them in that time frame. one house took over 1.5 years

Ours took over a year also, but......when we called the lawyer to find out where it was, it was just sitting in our file. Apparently at the time it was supposed to be sent out, the legal assistant quit and the new person didn't realize it hadn't been done.

Maybe worth a phone call to them?
