Garages to install Lowering Springs!?!?

i was hoping you can give me some suggestions on where i can install my Tein lowering springs i bought from speedtech?

they said it would be about 3 weeks to get them installed there but i'd like to do it earlier.

and maybe you can tell me $$$ as well??...
