    Default Strange Wooshing/Popping Noise

Oh hey guys. I have Honda Civic and yesternight I was work on it doing tuneup, and when I return this morning to fire the Honda to work I am noticing a very loud POPPING that reminds me of a WOOSHING.

What of my tuneup has caused this offensive sound to me? It's 95 Civic no mods just wooshing at me loudly.

The vehicle runs though I never did drive it, rode my bike 1000km to work all week long.

What did you do during the tuneup? What exactly did you change or replace? How is the idle?

Prehaps I can leave one plug out for that added performance sound? Would this be advisable?

Oh I wouldn't drop the plugs I just placed them in.

Ok teggypimp, I will return to my troubleshooting activities. I know my Honda is not the greatest but I think it is nice and I was just wanting some help. I have ESL difficulties so please forgive spelling mistakes.

    Thanks.

Ok so just got back from the little shop in the lower greater area of the city. Man said to me I have problem with the half-shaft generating some play and warping quarter flange, therefore needing replacement of $750.

This will remove the noise however, does this seem like a genuine idea? Or am I being overcharged?

Oh quick edit. I was off the phone a little earlier and cost is due to the high quality parts to be used, and will return engine to like new performance with perhaps even some added power. This will still seem like a good deal?
