I was looking at other GPS today and came across this.. I thought the price wasn't so terrible? other stuff seems SOO expensive.. What else is good i can't seem to find anything?

No topo does suck but after reading reviews this thing seems nice and simple/purpose built.

No topo does suck but after reading reviews this thing seems nice and simple/purpose built.

Go talk to the guys at GPS Central- they really know there stuff. Although many are not purpose built, you can buy handle bar attachments to make it work. If your going to spend that kind of money it would be nice to be able to use it for different applications also.

I have a Ogio Flight Vest and just toss mine in there. Even if it is well mounted you still have a decent chance of wrecking it. You also likely wont be looking at it while moving.

Someone tried to jack my dirtbike this weekend haha, I was going to go to this camping party thing so i had it loaded up, but decided against it and got wasted after work friday and partied and left my truck outside of hifi.. Then i just kept partying all day saturday and didn't make it to my truck sat or home for that matter, so it sat there fri night to sunday morning.. Get a call from the cops and they caught some guy trying to steal it from the back of my truck haha, i showed up and it was on the back of a flatbed about to go to the impound.. The gas wasn't even on so i don't know how far this person thought they would get.. Plus a 2" fmf Ti4? little loud between buildings

Haha you are crazy- I wont even leave my bike out infront of my house overnight. My buddy(lives in the NW) had his bike loaded, tail gate locked, chained up, and backed up against his garage last summer. Woke up in the morning and it was gone. They backed onto his lawn, cut his lock, and tossed it in another truck. 2 year old bike never to be seen again!

We call that Scenic Acres or Pretty Place- easy to get to. North of the falls one mountain range or so. Fun to mess around on the hills. Pretty sure it falls in Don Getty Park...... criminal.
