This is fucking bullshit, the old TD in market had a guy get me my card and he said within a year if u have good credit u will get it back.

.......a year later i go back to my TD and ask them and they are like... DENIED its actually 3 years, and the guy that got me the card doenst work at the bank anymore so i was fucked with waiting. So i just said w/e ill just deal with it, then i was sorta tight on money cuz of university so i phoned the Visa customer service, and the lady said that was weird and told me she would of removed secuirty on the 500 deposit so i can get it back.

She also said WITHIN 2 days you can only do this. I got off the phone and went to my branch and they said i couldn't do anything about it and i was like... WTF... so now im here 1.5 years with my credit card and still waiting for my 500.

Its not like I dont have good credit anways... first few months only spent 300/500 on the limit, now all my bills are always liek at least 1000 and I never missed a payment.... SIGHH

I've only ever applied online for the 4 credit cards that I've had.

I don't think it makes a difference, it might be quicker if you do it in person though but probably less convenient.
